With real life things cropping up and Sel and I still doing visa things, attending interviews and my medical soon (...hopefully), we need to add a new moderator to the mix! The role of moderator will be changing slightly due to a couple of changes of the user agreement and site things that we're discussing at the moment (post about those to come shortly) but will still involve the basic moderator things of moving posts if needed, accepting/rejecting applications, keeping topics on track, etc etc.
I'm going to do things a little bit differently this time. If anyone would like to apply for the role of moderator, to join the super duper special blue star brigade, send me a PM saying why you'd like to be a moderator (or why you think you'd be good at it, etc). But this time I'd also like you to include one idea you would want to see implemented on the site and why you think it should be done, or what kind of members you would want to see approved/denied, or something you would like to see modified on the site. If you really want to be a moderator but can't think of any new ideas/etc right now then feel free to still send in your application, you won't be penalised for it :)
We'll pick the new moderator on June 5th (Sunday) so that gives just over 2 weeks for people to have a think and send your PMs in :)
It's not a difficult role and even with real life things going on, we're all still hovering around the site so you won't be all alone hehe.
