Well the Mayan calendar ending is supposed to signify the end of the world so maybe the end of the draconity calendar shows the same? Hehe.

But yeah, the calendar hasn't moved with us so I'm asking here if it can be put back in place please :)  also, kind of related, the admin section doesn't have a "notes" bit that I can see because I was going to say something in there about the calendar - I used the shoutbox a few days ago but I don't think you saw.

I think the calendar could be good to have back on-board. Maybe those who wanted could put up their birthdays there?

Birthdays are automatically shown on the calendar for those who show their date of birth in the profile :)  Or at least they used to be, I assume whatever version we get now would do the same.

I actually disabled the calendar as I felt it added very little to the content of the site, and especially not enough to warrant its own menu link.  I slimmed down our menu to hopefully give more attention to the more important menu links.


But, because its absence was noticed, I think it's a good idea to restore its capability.  Upcoming birthdays and events are now visible again on the index page.  However, I still don't think it's useful enough to warrant space in our menu.  Let me know if you feel otherwise.

In the homepage when you scroll down to see the brithdays, you can click on the calendar icon.

Since no one really adds anything, I don't see it as a very important site feature beyond the birthdays (which are automatically added).

The only thing I added on the calander was "Supposed" End of the World event on December 21, 2012.

Heh, I highly doubt the end of the world is coming 2012. The Myans could've just forgot to make another calander or somthing. Who knows?

T'is as likely as it happening today. Though, surely if it was going to happen 2012, then surely there would be some evidence.
