unfortunantly, Skype can't do video conferences, so itd take off the stress of one on one

Well, a voice chat is like a phone call. Unless you feel that you want to talk to someone, you shouldn't agree to it. Depends on whom I am to talk to, I'm usually a bit more careful when I don't know the other person much at all. Just gotta get my lazy ass up from my chair and go get a new webcam with mic, then I'm ready to go. I am up for it, I really am.
