I'm not exactly a computer techie kind of person, but I'll give it a try to explain it.  The Wiki Wiki is a kind of web page program where you can make web pages even if you don't know HTML coding.  There are a lot of cool things you can do with it, but I don't know a whole lot about it.

If you click on the PHP Wiki link on the left-hand side of this page, it'll give you more information about what it is and does.

I think the key point of Wiki is that anyone can edit the pages, as in any member of this forums.  A good example is Wikipedia which is an open encyclopedia.  Anyone can go in and edit any of the pages.  The changes are tracked so if someone screws something up, you can see what to change it back to.  It works well for encyclopedias and the such, since as people come along they can add what they know or fix mistakes that were made in the previous entry.  The input for the pages is a lot like posting to the forums, doesn't require knowledge of html (although I don't think html is that hard, especially for a simple page, it is just like posting on the forums, but you use <> for the tags instead of []).

Hmm, I am willing to offer to get the Wiki part up and running by moving the dragon encyclopedia over, since that would seem to be a useful thing to have there.  I was going to start on it tonight, but this dialup connection is about to give me an aneurysm (as bad as it is, tonight is even worse taking minutes to open each page...).  I will looking into working on it this weekend once I get back to a real connection to the internet.
