Journals Not Functioning

I just thought that the keepers of this site should know that the journals are not functioning.  It could just be a coding error.  I wish I knew how to write web code.  If you could please fix this error I would greatly appreciate it.  I have noticed that several others have mentioned the same thing in the past.

We know, but currently there isn't an easy fix for it.  The whole site may get transferred somewhere else in the future.  For now we're just living without it.
