I personally prefer down, as it's more like reading a book.  I can see the advantages in either way though.

I think I experienced that in the old board.  I didn't see it as a bug though, just that it omitted my own nickname from the "who's online" for the forums.  

I noticed something wierd though.  When I was logged in as a guest, the lightbulb icon showed I wasn't online, which was good.  I logged in, it was red and said I was an Admin??  Then, I went to another thread and it was green and just saying I was online.  Beh?  Bug, or am I not understanding something?

Hmm... I was an admin on this thread last time I came... and corrected a minor spelling error in T-Sar-Goth's original post.  Now, I'm merely online status, as normal.

Hmm...  Is it me, or has the site been slow to respond?  It may be my dial-up connection, but it hasn't taken this long before.  Also, I think because of it, some of the pictures are not being loaded correctly (so I just get a lil icon with a red x on it (IE)).

Yes, the emoticons are small when you're posting a new message.  Their fine when viewing a thread through.

I saw it on the previous site where the member list on the left didn't inlcude myself.  It happened occasionally, but not often.  I can imagine that it would not be perfect since you don't stay connected to a website, it instead has to look at the last time you loaded a page.  It usually went away if I opened another page.

The Admin thing was a bug in user migration it gave everyone admin status. Actually admin status still needs to be given to the proper people which I'll be doing tonight.

As for who's online. Yup it's not perfect it's based off of recent activity in the session I'll need to figure out why it's happening then I can try to fix it. But as this is more of a cosmetic bug, rather then functionality, it's not as high on the priority list.

Journal comments still need to be moved over and friends support needs to be re-added I'll be working on both of them tonight.

There doesn't seem to be as wide a theme selection this time.  I used to use the yellow one (don't remember it name), but that doesn't seem to be an option now.

I normally use the stay logged on option, but it doesn't seem to be working right now.
