I feel the same, Astoroth is right. I don't feel welcome here, and I have it on good authority that no one else on EDrac feels like part of the community anymore. Every day this is looking like an attempt to further remove us from Draconomicon. The subsite is just that and should remain where it is, a part of Draconomicon, and we shouldn't be made so distant in the eyes of the main site anymore.
Recent events make us all very sad, indeed.

Very few (if any) people from the subsite seem to be active members on the main site.  Very few (if any) people on the main site seem to be active members on the subsite.  Therefore, there is very little overlap between our membership that I am aware of.  No one is attempting to further remove you from Draconity.org (hint guys - it's no longer called Draconomicon),  but Selroth has been in Australia and unable to contact anyone, and T-Sar hasn't been around much for several years now.  I'm suggesting you branch off on your own because it will prevent situations like this where you have to rely on the admin of the main site to keep your site up and running.  The two sites could still be affiliated with each other easily.

I don't know why you guys are all upset that the two sites are "distant" from each other.  There has been nothing keeping you from participating on the main site, yet until your site went down none of you had been active here for months.  (Romin hasn't posted here since May, Astoroth only posted here 6 times between December and when the site crashed.  Knight had only posted messages to the admins between December and the site crash.)  That sort of tells me that the two sites essentially ARE separate, linked only in name and by server.

(and as an afterthought, with the whole selroth in Austalia situation, I'm noticing a pattern, as someone I recently met from australia, who joined the army and was stationed out somwhere. I think there may be something happening.)

Romin, the only reason why you wouldn't be welcome here anymore is if you add retarded "afterthoughts" like that that drift things off topic.  Don't ruin E!.D's own thread with the very reason it was separated in the first place.

just to let everyone know, the new rp site "The Dragon's Games" will be up (hopefully) by the end of the week.  And no, we haven't (hopefully) lost anything in the crash.  To give an update, we have a hosting service and a domain and now I need to wait a few days till things get sorted out on their end.  For those of you who actually know what I'm talking about, im waiting for the dns to propagate.  After that, I can start the actual site upload.

Can we ATLEAST have some pink on the website, i mean really... and selroth, you had damned well better be boxing up and shipping me a monkey, one that wears a little hat and sips tea from a little cup ^^ By the way, i had a dream yesterday, and it was so twisted and spooky, that i have decided to turn it into a story, so keep your eyes on draco's story area.

cool knight, hopefully i'll actually have time to devote to the new site this time around.... meant to this summer, but then school and work and half a million other things decided to rear their ugly heads, and never had the time... let me know when the new site's up and if you need help moderating it, have experience with that stuff now...
