Really a trait to look for in a moderator or admin is some one who wouldn't turn into a bot after recieving such responsibility. I believe some one mentioned it before, but I would hate to see an active member go cold believing that they must set an example for the rest of the forum. Its true, you don't expect the mod/admit to be a goof ball, but I'd hate to see this person 'disappear' in a sense.
