The last few contests, this was discussed between the admins. But, is it better that way, or should the members have as much right to host something in their community? If you really like your idea, you're welcome to start a seperate thread to discuss the details so it's not distracted by other's ideas.

It doesn't have to be an either-or does it?  Maybe the admins could continue the next few contests, but also leave the opportunity open for a few others to assist, giving themsome experience in the matter?

I hope a story contest. I have being typing a story at the begining of the year with lots of....he he things in the way( example some of my friends at school come over to me and my laptop typing it up and say what are you doing and that most teenagers at school have the obsession saying i'm looking at rude stuff...but i'm not its ether i am on this website or typing up my story). I only done 46 pages but that's good so yeah i a story contest, although i don't think i'll become the victor for there are older people and have better knowledge than me and win.

I'm all up for a writing onw. But I would think that the judging would be a tremendous undertaking.
