I'm working on a possible entry, but it may not be finished due to detail issues and my computer wanting to die every time I try to open it.  Can't imagine why, as I've upgraded the thing as much as I physically can, really.  Anyway, I'll try to finish it within the deadline, but no guarantees.

It doesn't matter how good it is, it's mostly for fun!  And remember, you can make up some extra points if you write a descriptive blurb or short story (300 words or less).  So just send something in.  :)

Well, the deadline is Wednesday, so if you don't have time to color it, I would say not to worry about it.  If you want an extension, just give me a PM and we'll see what we can work out.  :)

I have completed and sent my submission. I realize now that I forgot a few minor details, but given the time remaining I could not finish them. Not that important, anyway. :/

Urgh.  I only got wind of the contest this last weekend, and I haven't had much time to work on it.  I'll probably be able to get in for the next one, though.

I have a cold which I just developed this morning.  I seem to be running a fever.  I'm tired and not thinking clearly.  So I hope this post makes sense.

It seems that there are a couple of people (Nez and TyrantWurm) who might still want to enter.  If I gave everyone a week long extension, would that be good?  (I suppose that those of you who have already submitted could send me an updated version in a week if you want to fix stuff up a bit.)  *shrugs*  And if you want an extension, I'll drop the whole "no professional artists may enter" thing, partially because I think Tiamat is a prof. artist, and I let her enter, and because I didn't get many entries.  So if TyrantWurm wants to enter, that would be alright with me.

Did that all make sense?  Am I babbling?  Stupid fever.

Anyway, if anyone has any questions or concerns or something, let me know.

A week extension? That helps a lot, I only found this out when I returned about a week ago, and while I have come up with an idea, art school doesn't leave one with much time to do personal art. Hopefully I can weasel enough time out now. Thank you =D
