Much better.  I don't know how you got PNG to work with IE, but you did it.  My only complaints is that the dragon in the image is a bit dark against the background on my LCD.  The text is fine, maybe lighten the dragon a bit.  Still not a fan of the domain name change though.

IE handles PNG24 fine, with the exception of any partial alpha values showing up as completely transparent.  Unless there is something else you are referring to, making PNGs work with IE is not that hard: just use full or no transparency, not partial transparency.

Oh my. you guys hwave been changing things around... ::looks for favorite chair::

Visually, I like the "angry red dragon head" and the "glowing whatsits," best but as a logo, the blue/gray reclining dragon is a good design, but it needs some reworking in order for it to read well against the dark background at its reduced size.

That, and I liked the orginal one. But it was probably time for a change, anyway. Was the domain change in response to something, by the way...?

The name change has been debated for a long time, because Draconomicon is also the name of a role playing guide for Dungeons and Dragons and people were often confused and assumed that we were affiliated with the book.

Oh. That makes sense; I remember seeing a disclaimer on the homepage to that effect awhile back...

 I actually have that book; the first chapter is a pretty thorough "nature guide" for WotC dragons, and the pictures are lovely.

And it's got neat stuff if you are an RPer.
