I would like to register again.

The only reason I would like to do this is because my previous application has been denied. I would like to be here but my original account is still here (PhantomDragon) which can not be used. So I'm asking who ever is able to delete accounts, please do so that way I'll be able to register again with the same name. Thank you.

I'm not sure how things have changed or not, but in the past, it was quite limited who could delete accounts.  If it is the same way, you would need some patience until the head admin gets a chance to do so, which could take several days.  Maybe the other admins have that ability now, or at least have the ability to change account names so they could change your old account to something different, freeing up the name.

Either way, you could probably speed things up by getting in contact with the admins to discuss your application or to "apply" without using the application form.  If you send them the information now, they may just open up the previous account or something when they get a chance.

okay I'll go and do that, but guests are not able to profiles and such so I can't really contact them. Do you have any ideas on how I can properly inform them in another way?

Hello, and thanks for your continued interest in our site.  I went ahead and deleted your account so you can re-apply, as that may be the simplest way at this point.  So, whenever you get around to that, go ahead!  I was the one who denied your account in the first place, and if you'd like to contact me personally, I'm on IRC during my freetime and I check selroth@draconomicon.com regularly.  Be sure to address any issues I pointed out in your first application.
