Can anyone help me get my password? I was a member on Tysha's Dragon Forum and I've been playing around with the lost password feature for about two days and I still can't seem to get it to work. I get emailed a password, but it always comes up "Incorrect something or other" and insinuates I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Rawr, I don't know what to do. I'm quite attached to my name though, so if someone could help it'd be eternally appreciated.

It may just be a matter of your application not having been approved yet.  An admin can check on that and be more specific.  But that would be my first guess if the password you are given doesn't even work (you should get an email if you were approved, unless you became a member a long, long time ago before there was the application process).  And if that is the issue, it is just a matter of waiting another day or two until your application is approved.

You know, my computer was being a little screwy that day so I think what happened was I sent the application twice, and then it told me that I had already signed up so I assumed they just carried over all the old users, which is a silly idea in the first place. My apologies, I suppose it must be the application approval thing I should wait for then. Oh, thank you so much. My mind is all over the place; I should have figured this out. Thanks a bunch!

Yeah, the two sites are different systems and different groups run by different people (but with a lot of overlaps), so any other site's member information doesn't just carry over.  It should not take more than a day or two for an admin to get to your application, it is just that reviewing the applications is a  rather time consuming task (probably a lot more than people think due to some of the kinds of applications and amount we get at times).
