To be honest I like having it as a pet project, and as it's a newsletter then the admins should be involved in the news side of things anyway as we know what is planned or being done with the site, etc etc.

Having people work on it for different things is good but that's what we've always wanted anyway.  Either way, I've already said I can't give time to this until after the wedding, you have no idea how full on my schedule is right now lol.  After our honeymoon I'll be able to give this the time it needs :)

31st of August.  We wont be back on the site till mid-septemberish.

Of course you guys are welcome to help out!  But yeah, you shouldn't do the whole thing, and I know Aure enjoys it.  Keep an eye out for when we get back onto another, and jump on any taskings we have to offer!  You're all a wonderful community that we appreciate :)

Just know we haven't forgotten about the newsletter!  You'll get another sometime, I promise!

In this case I would like to resume my post as interviewer. Unfortunately, due to me being grounded it will have be a series of PMs unless I can find a certain type of site (please give me the site or software if you know what you I am talking about, but PLEASE don't say what it is called. Starts with a 'p'. The instant the word is used the school blocks that site.)

Sel and I are talking about site things in general this weekend, give a few days (maybe a week) after that while we do some bits and pieces then I'll get stuck into a new newsletter and will drag in some volunteers hehe :)

I feel there should be a section on newest members and a message that says "go and give them a great big draggy hug!!!" I hope that gets in there. and maybe even a "most active this month" section, or even a message sent to those long lost members who rarely come anymore. Oh well I have many ideas that couldnt fit in one newsletter

Is there any chance on the newsletter coming back anytime soon? It's been quite a while. I know that aure and sel are busy with the moving and such, but I'm sure we can get the newsletter revived, i'll gladly participate in the making of this too.

Just sayin', it'd be a shame to let this thing be forgotten!

I agree, its been on my mind too.  With the upgrade we have a new feature for them, I think, so I'll have a look at that and see if its better than the pdf option :)
