I created a lil temporary IRC channel on our server, #Build .  This allows us to discuss things in real time if we wish to do so, or if the need arises, have real-time meetings.  Please, make sure you can access it beforehand so we're not hassling with accessing it when we need you there.  I should always be in there, though sometimes away.
